Congressman Lincoln Davis Praises Volkswagen for Investing in Tennessee

WASHINGTON, D.C. Congressman Lincoln Davis, representing Tennessee's Fourth District, which includes Marion, Sequatchie, and Bledsoe counties, released the following statement on Volkswagen's plan to invest $1 billion in Tennessee:

"The news that Volkswagen will be heavily investing in our state has brought smiles to thousands of Tennesseans. This extraordinary announcement will mean economic development and job creation in the region for many years, and I commend the leaders in our state who worked so hard to make it happen."
