New Hampshire Attorney General Kelly A. Ayotte, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Frederick H. Booth, and Haverhill Police Chief Jeffery L. Williams announce that Amber Talbot (17), of 2477 Lime Kiln Road, North Haverhill, New Hampshire, has been arrested on one count of conspiracy to commit murder, in the death of Christopher Gray.

On October 9, 2009, Christopher Gray (25), of Groton, Vermont, was found dead on the property of 2477 Lime Kiln Road, in North Haverhill.

Timothy Smith (23) of North Haverhill, has already been arrested on one count of second-degree murder for the death of Christopher Gray, and Anthony Howe (18), of Haverhill, was arrested on one count of hindering apprehension or prosecution, stemming from the murder.  Smith is being held without bail, and Howe’s bail is currently set at $100,000 corporate surety or $10,000 cash.

The arraignment for Talbot has been scheduled for tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. in the Haverhill District Court.
