Office of the Governor: ARIZONA REMEMBERS HELICOPTER ACCIDENT VICTIMS
- Flags to Be Flown at Half Staff

PHOENIX – Governor Janet Napolitano announced today that all flags at state buildings will be flown at half staff Tuesday, July 8, the day of a memorial service in Flagstaff for the seven crew members and patients who perished as a result of the helicopter crash in Flagstaff on June 29. Those killed were: Patrick Graham, pilot, of Flagstaff Shawn “Clyde” Shreeve Jr., flight nurse/paramedic, of Flagstaff Raymond Zest, patient, of Winslow Tom Caldwell, pilot, of Page Tom Clausing, medic, of Leavenworth, Washington James Taylor, flight nurse, of Salt Lake City, Utah Michael MacDonald, of Browning, Montana, a firefighter injured in the line of duty who was being transported for medical treatment.
